Euro Truck Simulator 2 is heading to Russia, we know that since developer SCS Software confirmed the upcoming DLC at the start of this year. However, this is the first time we’ve seen footage from the Heart of Russia DLC, which will likely release at some point this year.
Some of the churches included in the game can be found in the city of Rybinsk, which is home to two of these buildings: the Church of the Ascension and the Cathedral of the Transfiguration. Both are shown in new screenshots released earlier this week.
The Transfiguration Cathedral in Ivanovo and the Church of the Smolensk Icon of the Mother of God built in Arzamas are also likely to grab your attention while driving to your destination, due to their brightly colored roofs on the outer walls.
Apparently there are a lot more churches that Euro Truck Simulator 2 players can admire as they pass through local villages. More humble and less impressive than those mentioned above, these wooden chapels will not disappoint passers-by, promise the promoters.
Unfortunately, SCS Software was not ready to provide fans with a release date for its upcoming Heart of Russia DLC. Still, we do know that players can explore a vast territory between St. Petersburg in the Beyond the Baltic Sea DLC and further south and east.
The new DLC will send players to the heart of Russia, Moscow and beyond, as they roll along the Volga and Oka rivers. The map will also include areas with deep forests and open landscapes, so anyone is unlikely to be bored. drive through the heart of Russia.
